This was my first visit, and it was an amazing experience. After reading reviews of what felt like almost every hair salon in Da Nang, I finally chose this one—and it was absolutely the right decision.
As a foreigner (I'm Japanese), I felt very welcome from the moment I arrived.
They sent me their price list before my appointment. After checking my hair in person, they gave me a final quote before starting, and the final bill matched it exactly—no hidden fees or unexpected charges.
They even offered me water and coffee, and everyone paid attention to the little details. Honestly, five stars aren't enough.
I had an old balayage that had been bleached twice and hadn't been maintained for several months, but they completely transformed my hair. The color is beautifully even, and the haircut is fantastic.
I've been wearing my hair up almost every day for the past few months because I wasn't happy with it, but now I'm finally excited to wear it down again!
They also offer brow lamination, lash lifts, and eyelash extensions, so I'll definitely be coming back before I return to Japan.
